Delivery

Fallback books are PDFs. Nothing is posted.

When it arrives

We email your book within a day of your order, whichever edition you choose. It comes from hello@fallbackbook.com, so if you can't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Gifts

If you tick "It's a gift", we email the book straight to the person you named, with your note, and send you a copy of the email so you know it's gone.

Where we deliver

Books are made for UK addresses only for now. You can order from anywhere, as long as the home in the book is in the UK.

Not arrived?

If you haven't had your book a day after ordering, email hello@fallbackbook.com with your order number and we'll send it again.
